The customer service is amazing. Loved that the front desk agents greeted my wife, kids, and myself with smiles and professionalism. I can tell the two agents Yannier and Esther loved their jobs. When I got lost in the hallways the housekeeper Deb helped me find my way back to my room. Definitely want the same room the next time I come back with my family.
